Sara Summers Holistic Massage for Women
Using massage, shiatsu and aromatherapy to support women and their families to have a happy and natural pregnancy. As well as offering massage and shiatsu treatments, I will help support the whole pregnancy journey with an individually created unique range of natural aromatherapy products with tailored advise on how to use them at home; this could include a personalised massage blend, a tummy balm, a sore aching back balm, an inhaler for morning sickness or nappy rash gel for when baby arrives ❤️.

I offer Holistic Therapies for women from my own clinic or from the comfort of your own home, in and around Herefordshire. My pregnancy massage, as with all my treatments consists of a confidential consultation, breathing techniques, stretches, exercises and a wonderful treatment using warm organic oils from local company Silvan skincare.
I offer holistic massage, aromatherapy and reflexology to support pre-natal, pregnancy and post-natal women. I have been a complementary therapist for over 15 years, most recently completing a Complementary healthcare degree Bsc (Hons) at Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2019 and the Well mother massage diploma in 2020. I offer treatments to support women with many aspects of pregnancy, providing personalised treatments with individual therapies or combining therapies to provide the optimal care for each individual.
