Suzanne is the founder of Wellmother but as well as teaching on all the courses she also works with individual clients, both male and female, from her clinic in Bristol and can offer home visits in the Bristol area, or sometimes sessions when she is teaching in different locations. She also offers Home/ Email appointments and Private or Group Zoom consultations. Although she works with clients at all stages of their lives, she specialises in working with women’s health from preconception through to the menopause and beyond, as well as integrating partners and babies through pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period.
She works with both massage and shiatsu, or a combination of the two, depending on your preference.

I offer ante-natal and post-natal massage therapy in the comfort of your own home; sensitive treatments that are tailored to your specific needs. I can also give advice to your birthing partner on massage during labour. Please don’t hesitate to call me if you have any questions relating to your treatment.
I visit South West and West London, and Surrey.
Working with women and couples using massage, reflexology, reiki, EFT and guided imagery to help re-connect and align body, mind and spirit for both mamas and their baby/babies.
As specialist in women’s health I support clients; experiencing fertility challenges, miscarriage, early pregnancy concerns, complicated pregnancies, post natal and into menopause.
Receiving massage treatments throughout pregnancy is a wonderful way to nurture your body as well as your baby.
Each treatment is adapted to address any specific issues you might have, so that every session is uniquely tailored to your needs. I use a combination of massage techniques, relaxation, acupressure points and simple exercises to create a supportive, caring and highly enjoyable session for you and your baby.
Massage for fertility, pregnancy and postnatal.
I have been working with pregnant women for over 15 years and I learn more from them and am inspired by them daily. I aim to help pregnant women to feel comfortable and relaxed in pregnancy and to connect to their growing baby. I work with couples to help them to find ways to support each other during pregnancy and labour. My massage helps to ease aches and pains common in pregnancy. and provides space for sharing questions and anxieties. Women feel cared for and soothed through the massage, and resourced for their labour.
Postnatal massage is important for replenishing the energy spent during labour and in caring for a new born. I hope to reassure women and to allow them time to relax and recuperate. The postanatal period can be a challenging time, and I provide a safe and comforting space for women to express themselves or debrief their labour. The massage soothes tired muscles and brings strength and resilience.
I offer Closing the Bones ceremonies too – these ceremonies which include some massage and rocking and wrapping the pelvis in cloth originated in Equador and have been gifted to us in the West. The ceremonies honour the uterus from menstruation, pregnancy, postnatal to menopause and beyond. Women often feel the ceremony helps them to cope with past traumas, to recognise closure as they move through their life, or to celebrate the joy their uterus has brought them,
I am a Birth Doula and a Postnatal Doula too, working with families to help them to have the most positive birth and postnatal times.
I specialise in Pregnancy, Postnatal & Deep Tissue massage but can also offer Holistic/Swedish Massage. You can find me at Neal’s Yard on Friday afternoons and the Practice on Thursday afternoons (Totnes, Devon). I do also work from home in Follaton which is 5 mins drive from the high street. If you wish to make a booking or would like more information, please contact me via email or phone (details provided on this page). Looking forward to meet you. Sabrina
The focus of my work so far has led me down a route of massages that people can really feel making a difference during and after the massage session. Through focused work on relaxing the body the mind will follow and many clients feel deeply relaxed, calm and reinvigorated this is helpful to first time mothers as well as mothers who already have children. I also offer sessions where partners can be involved which can be very useful through pregnancy and during birth. Please see my website for more details or call for a chat about your individual requirements. Best wishes, Amy
Women come for pregnancy and postnatal massage for all kinds of reasons: to ease aches and pains, to get some precious ‘me time’, to explore their feelings about pregnancy and their changing body, to prepare for birth and to nourish themselves after their baby has arrived. Working from my home near to Bushey station, I use a variety of approaches including abdominal-sacral massage, Biodynamic, rebozo, energy work, shiatsu, womb massage and conventional massage to create a safe space where women can drop into themselves and let go of what no longer serves them.
I am on sabbatical 2nd November 2017 – 15th May 2018 but a list of recommended local therapists can be found on my homepage.
