At Bristol Massage Therapy we pride ourselves on being the best massage practitioners in Bristol. A bold claim perhaps, but one we truly believe in. We are passionate about our work as massage therapists – it is a privilege and joy, working with our clients so that they can feel good with, about and in their bodies.
We are a team of practitioners with a passion for massage, operating in the heart of Bristol. One of our specialities is pregnancy massage, with all those practitioners who offer these appointments having trained with Suzanne and hold the Well Mother qualification.
We also offer deep tissue work, sports massage or a bit of deep relaxation, so whatever stage of life you are at, we can really help.
Welcome to The Nurturing Womb, I offer a nurturing hands on treatment tailored to your individual needs!

Situated in the heart of Glastonbury, I offer therapeutic and restorative massage for all, I believe that every person should be able to benefit from the natural healing approach of massage, whether you need relaxation or treating back pain.
I specialise in Pregnancy massage for all trimesters, which allows me to work on the body in a side position, but this can also be adapted to where mother is most comfortable. I also work with the mother preparing towards the birth of her baby, giving advice, breathing techniques, and visualisations. Massage can be a wonderful bonding time for mother and baby to have time out of a busy life to focus and connect with herself and her growing baby. “If you are looking after yourself, you are also looking after your baby”
I also work with couples helping both mother and birth partner. Giving tips and techniques to help the birth partner be more supportive, showing them how to massage and energy points during labour.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Thanks Sarah
ON MATERNITY LEAVE MAY 2020
I trained in shiatsu for pregnancy with Suzanne a few years ago and have since worked with many women supporting them through their journey through pregnancy and beyond. I have found it to be extremely rewarding working with women in pregnancy as it is obvious how beneficial any form of nurturing bodywork is for them during this transition. I am also a massage and nutritional therapist and yoga teacher and love to bring all of my skills and knowledge to a session. I find emotional support to be of particular importance and ensuring that the woman I'm working with feels totally comfortable and able to relax with me.
Kindred Spirit is a women's wellbeing service providing support to women primarily experiencing challenges on their reproductive journey, throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
Growing a baby and bringing a new life into the world is one of life's precious miracles and a new mum is a very special person indeed, and having achieved so much nobody can prepare you for how hard it is! During this time a lot of physiological, physical and emotional changes take place, making constant demands on the mind and body.
Diane works from the heart to provide nourishing and nurturing pregnancy massages. She works with grace and enthusiasm, bringing an individual approach to every treatment.
I have been qualified in Clinical & Holistic Aromatherapy since 2007 and have worked as a complementary therapist since 2008. I offer a range of therapies and have studied a variety of bodywork and massage techniques, including deep tissue, effective stretching, pre and post-natal massage, women's health, fertility massage therapy and nutrition for everyday living. I've worked with many of my clients from the start of their fertility journey, through their pregnancies and into motherhood. I aim to listen to their body through a time of change, helping to ease some of their aches and pains and create a clear space to recharge and rebalance.
