I also run regular baby shiatsu massage classes and labour support workshops for women and their birthing partners.

Pregnancy massage gives you a wonderful experience of bonding and connection, helping you feel more in touch with yourself and with your baby. Post-natal massage is one of the best ways to help you to recover from being pregnant. On a physical level massage will help to restore your abdominal muscles, address pelvic floor toning, improve circulation and lymphatic flow and relieve back and shoulder aches.
Touch helps the recovery process after the birth. It can relieve stress and trauma, especially if your birth experience differed from your expectations.
Regina trained with Suzanne from Wellmother in pregnancy massage, massage during labour and post-natal massage. She has also had specialist training working with women having a "high risk" pregnancy (with Suzanne). She is trained in the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® (ATMAT). Rosita Arvigo herself taught the pregnancy and advanced Maya Abdominal Therapy Techniques. Regina has done intensive training in myofascial release.
