I offer holistic massage, aromatherapy and reflexology to support pre-natal, pregnancy and post-natal women. I have been a complementary therapist for over 15 years, most recently completing a Complementary healthcare degree Bsc (Hons) at Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2019 and the Well mother massage diploma in 2020. I offer treatments to support women with many aspects of pregnancy, providing personalised treatments with individual therapies or combining therapies to provide the optimal care for each individual. Treatments may be to help with muscular aches and pains, relaxation, a time to bond with your baby or a more complex clinical need, in a supportive, caring and nuturing environment.

I offer treatments at Green Farm or in the privacy of your own home.

We can work on the couch in a sidelying position if that is comfortable for you, or we can exlore ways to seat you, leaning over the couch, or maybe even kneeling on the floor and over an excercise ball. Your comfort is my priority and we can try different ways until we find one that suits you. It may be that we try all of them over the 9 months!

I qualified in Pregnancy massage in 2016. I love to draw from different teachings to adapt my session to you. Having studied Holistic & Thai massage, and currently studying Sports & Remedial, I bring together these different approaches. Pregnancy massage is a soothing and relaxing treatment. A side lying position is used to perform gentle massage movements to warm the muscles and induce a feeling of well being. This is followed by deeper movements to reduce areas of tension in the back, lower and upper legs and arms. The benefit of pregnancy massage includes a sense of nurturing, relaxation, boost to the immune system, release of tension, soreness and stiffness in the joints and aids digestion.

Suzanne is the founder of Wellmother and as well as teaching on all the courses she also works with individual clients, both male and female. She now lives in France but returns to the UK a couple of times a year. If you want more regular sessions it would be best to see someone else. Suzanne also offers Private or Group Zoom consultations. Although she works with clients at all stages of their lives, she specialises in working with women’s health from preconception through to the menopause and beyond, as well as integrating partners and babies through pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period.

She works with both massage and shiatsu, or a combination of the two, depending on your preference.
