Ayudar a las mujeres embarazadas a sentirse cómodas y relajadas durante el embarazo y conectarse con su bebé. Mi masaje ayuda a aliviar dolores y molestias comunes en el embarazo, me gusta ofrecer un espacio libre donde puedes expresar y sentir esta etapa sin juicios o tabúes.
Ofrezco también una sesión de masaje en pareja, una herramienta preciosa para dar un papel activo a tu acompañante, compartiendo esta etapa con bienestar, fomentando vuestra burbuja gracias a una técnica realmente útil antes y durante el parto.

Hi my name Tina and having been practicing massage for 28 years and am qualified in a variety of different massage treatments that I love to do, but my real passion is treating ante natal and post natal ladies. In the third trimester treatment also includes birth work where partners can also attend to strengthen mothers support in birth. This I do privately and in the community working along side the community midwifes.

I offer Holistic Therapies for women from my own clinic or from the comfort of your own home, in and around Herefordshire. I aim to create a safe secure environment where women can destress, relax and remember who they are. My pregnancy massage, as with all my treatments consists of a confidential consultation, breathing techniques, stretches, exercises and a wonderful treatment using warm organic oils from local company Silvan skincare.

Kate is the founder and lead practitioner of Cotswold Mobile Massage . She has a wealth of experience working with women both in antenatal and postnatal stages of pregnancy. Trained originally in holistic massage (level 4), followed by remedial and sports (level 5), Kate offers a high calibre of massage therapy partnered with excellent knowledge of bio-mechanics and pregnancy related stresses and strains.
