I have worked as a massage therapist and bodyworker since 2001, I have always enjoyed working with a range of clients and conditions, always one of the greatest privileges and joys of my work is having the opportunity to support and offer nourishment and guidance to women during their pregnancy. Receiving massage during pregnancy offers so much; the chance to integrate change and transformation physically and emotionally, to have your changing body honoured and witnessed and to feel the connection between your state of mind and wellbeing and the response of your baby in your womb. Massage also helps to restore structural balance and alleviate pain and tension. I also offer post natal treatments, and I am happy to adapt the treatment to facilitate your new born coming with you to the treatment room.

Hi! I am a Complementary Therapist, Doula and Yoga teacher based in Fife, Scotland.
My passion for supporting others through holistic health and wellbeing started early on. After completing a Reiki certification in 2010, I went on to become an ITEC qualified Complementary Therapist in 2012.
Over the years since, I furthered my skills as a Massage Therapist, with a yearlong internship in Remedial and Deep Tissue Massage. I specialised in Pregnancy, Birth and Postpartum Massage with WellMother in 2020. I also offer my services as a Birth & Postnatal Doula, being a member of the Scottish Doula Network. More recently, I completed a Yoga Teacher Training and went on to deepen my study into Pregnancy Yoga.
My bodywork focuses on supporting my clients to enter a deep state of relaxation, easing muscle tension and stress. My treatments restore the "rest and recover" aspect of the nervous system, promoting the body's own natural healing mechanisms. I truly care about those around me and feel a humble sense of joy and gratitude in supporting my clients. My empathetic nature and peaceful energy shine through my work and I strive to be there for my clients so that they can feel empowered, listened to and cared for. I am passionate about my work, which is motivated by kindness, compassion and love.
I currently offer my services in and around Fife and in Edinburgh City Centre.

I offer holistic massage, aromatherapy and reflexology to support pre-natal, pregnancy and post-natal women. I have been a complementary therapist for over 15 years, most recently completing a Complementary healthcare degree Bsc (Hons) at Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2019 and the Well mother massage diploma in 2020. I offer treatments to support women with many aspects of pregnancy, providing personalised treatments with individual therapies or combining therapies to provide the optimal care for each individual. Treatments may be to help with muscular aches and pains, relaxation, a time to bond with your baby or a more complex clinical need, in a supportive, caring and nuturing environment.
