Eight Weekly live online sessions of ninety minutes each with Suzanne Yates and Rosa. Every Tuesday beginning  29 th September and ending 17th November 2026. Time 6pm UK/7pm CET/ 10am PT / 1pm ET

Final integration session 22nd December to reflect on your learning.

If you can’t attend all the live sessions you will get a recording. These are available for 2 months after the course.

Life time access to an online platform, where you can access pre-recorded videos, audio clips, and written resources, at any time, to support you in your journey of exploration. There are currently over 8 hours of additional materials, but we are adding for this new course.
