Using massage, shiatsu and aromatherapy to support women and their families to have a happy and natural pregnancy. As well as offering massage and shiatsu treatments, I will help support the whole pregnancy journey with an individually created unique range of natural aromatherapy products with tailored advise on how to use them at home; this could include a personalised massage blend, a tummy balm, a sore aching back balm, an inhaler for morning sickness or nappy rash gel for when baby arrives ❤️.

I trained in shiatsu for pregnancy with Suzanne a few years ago and have since worked with many women supporting them through their journey through pregnancy and beyond. I have found it to be extremely rewarding working with women in pregnancy as it is obvious how beneficial any form of nurturing bodywork is for them during this transition. I am also a massage and nutritional therapist and yoga teacher and love to bring all of my skills and knowledge to a session. I find emotional support to be of particular importance and ensuring that the woman I'm working with feels totally comfortable and able to relax with me.
