I 've been a qualified holistic massage practitioner since 1997 and trained with the wonderful Well Mother in Pregnancy and Postnatal massage in about 2004 which then led me to my doula work, so all my work is now maternity based. My massage treatments are a mix of oil based massage inc some reflexology and shiatsu techniques [using aromatherapy oils suitable for pregnancy or postnatal where appropriate] I love being able to ease some pregnancy related problems with deep tissue massage and shiatsu energy work for clients. I find the shiatsu really helpful and emotionally balancing and the oil massage is relaxing and nurturing on a more physical level. I'm based in North London and work from my home in Islington and at the Active birth Centre therapy clinic

I’m a Massage Therapist, Doula, nature lover, poet and artist. I have been a massage therapist for 8 years, prodominantly working mobile and I also work at the Spa & Massage branches around London. I completed my Wellmother Pregnancy Massage Diploma 3 years ago in 2020. I believe massage is an essential therapy as it allows a safe space for the client to experience a holistic mind & body connection alongside multiple physical health benefits. I habitually have a very nurturing and soothing energy which allows a tranquil environment, assisting my clients in feeling at home with themselves, externally and internally.

Working with pregnant people has continually provided insight into my love of connecting a mother with her internal intuitive awareness through her journey in carrying and birthing life. This has taught me how fundamental it is for the mother to be in tune with mindfully nurturing themselves and her child, especially during pregnancy. Resonating with the unconditional love that radiates a mother's being when nurturing her baby was greatly influential to how I continually endeavour to help others through doula support and massage therapy. I continually expand my knowledge in mindfulness, psychology, trauma, spirituality, nutrition and holistic remedies which reflects in my gentle and intuitive approach.

I offer a range of massages which I can combine or adapt to your specific needs, including; Pre-natal & Postnatal massage, Sweidish massage, Deep Tissue massage & Natural Face-Lifting massage. Additionally my massage & Doula services are available in-home & mobile.
